To augment any of the above, Secure Design has a print queue manager called QView Pro. QView Pro can assist in showing which print jobs are being sent to an individual printer, allows you to view all your print queues at once, and even remove print jobs from your queues depending on several alarms you can set. QView Pro can help you manage queues and will help determining who's vending card should be placed in the card reader when several users are sharing a printer. The documentation for QView Pro also has information in the "Suggested Setups" section that provides detail on how to use QView Pro with printer accounting systems.
