The Display

While viewing a print queue, several items are shown. To the left, two icons show the print job's status. On the right, information about the print job owner, file size, and other information is displayed. This can be configured in the Job List Columns dialog box in the Options menu.

Icons:

The print job is spooling from the workstation; however, no new data has arrived (the job size has not changed).
The print job is spooling from the workstation and new data has arrived (the job file size increased since last checked).
The print job is in service by a print server. If the print server supports SPX connections such as pserver.nlm and pserver.exe, the percent of the print job completed is displayed to the right.
The print job is being moved to another print queue.
The print job is waiting to be moved to another print queue.
The print job is being copied to another print queue.
The print job is waiting to be copied to another print queue.
The print job is waiting until the specified print date and time.
The print job has an Operator hold.
The print job has a User hold.
The print job has a user and operator hold.
The print job has a printing problem. This feature only works if the print server supports SPX connections such as pserver.nlm and pserver.exe.
The print job is being checked with a CRC check (for duplicate checking options)
