Operator and User Hold / Unhold

Select the print jobs in the queue which you wish to hold. Click on the hold job icon in the Main Tool Bar, or select the user or operator hold option in the Job menu. If all jobs are held, selecting this option will unhold all selected jobs.

Operator holds may only be set or unset by a user that has queue operator status. Making a user a member of the QVIEW_OPERATORS user group is a good way of doing this.

User holds may be set by queue operators and the user who is listed as the client owning the print job.

Select All Jobs

Press Ctrl-A or select the Select All option from the Job menu to select all print jobs in the queue window.

This option is useful when moving all the print jobs to another queue or when sorting the print jobs.
