Delete JobQView can delete print jobs in several ways. Select the print job(s) and press DEL. Select the print job(s) and use the Delete option in the Job menu. From the View Job Details dialog box, click on the delete job button. Click the Abort Job button in the Printer Control Dialog. Each of these options will delete a print job. If the print job is currently being printed, QView will attempt to establish an SPX connection with the print server and request the job be aborted. If successful, the print server will stop printing the job and reset the printer. If this is not successful, the print server will continue to print the data remaining in its buffer. The Abort job feature only works with print servers that support Novell's remote SPX connections such as pserver. |
