Question:
How do I invoke the Printer Control Dialog Box ?

Solution:
There are two ways to invoke the print server control dialog.

• If the print job is active and printing, double click on the print job to view the job detials. The printer button to the right of this dialog should be enabled. Click this printer button and printer control dialog will appear. This button is only enabled when the job is being printed by a printer.

• From the Queues menu, select "Queue Status."
  - Select the queue you wish to view from the "Queue Windows" list.
  - Select your print server from "Currently attached print servers"
  - Locate the printer from the "Servicing Printers" list and double click on the printer name in this list to display the printer control dialog.
