Because Password Inspector has an encryption algorithm in it and falls into it's own export restriction class, We must obtain export permission from the US Department of State and Commerce. We have attempted to get export permission from the US department of state and commerce however we have found that gaining such export permissions is very difficult and would be more expensive than the projected overseas sales would support.

Because we can not control who accesses our BBS and Web site, we are only distributing Password Inspector by postal mail to sites within the United States.
