No new versions of LanLock are scheduled to be released. Changes made in previous releases are listed in the file CHANGES.TXT provided with the software on this site. If you are having problems with a specific program, we encourage you to download and install the latest version available on this server. Check the CHANGES.TXT file provided with the software to see if your specific problem has been addressed.

Common Problems

Windows error message "NO_MGM_MEMORY" The error is caused by having an old driver in your windows directory. Click here to see what Novell has to say about this in their FYI.A.2668 document
LanLock in Windows For Workgoups gives error "can't find LanLock Server Zones." This error is caused by a misconfigured protocol.ini. Read our FAQ on configuring the network driver for WFW.

Prerelease Beta Versions

From time to time, Secure Design will make updates to products for specific problems. These updates are frequently placed on our web site for download. If you have contacted Secure Design for a specific problem and you need to download a prerelease version of this software, you can obtain a copy from the beta directory. Please note that prerelease software is not completely tested and new changes are often not documented. Use at your own risk.
